The staff provided superb assistance when i required medical attention. They were very friendly. the bartender at the bar was also quite friendly and efficient. i also liked the water station and the convenient self-checkout shop downstairs. It was quite handy.

the check-in process using the self-check-in system was somewhat tedious. it seemed to take a while to complete the required questionnaire to get a room key.
